Рассмотрен механизм обязательной классификации гостиниц и иных средств размещения на территории Калининградской области как бизнес-процесс. Представлены вход и выход разработанного бизнес-процесса, а также шесть его основных этапов. Проанализированы основные проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются калининградские отельеры при прохождении процедуры обязательной классификации.
