Кант о человеческом достоинстве: автономия, человечность и права человека
Аннотация
Исследуется новая в кантоведении область, в которой высказывается предположение, будто Кант придает столь большое значение ценности разумной природы, что именно на ней основывает и высший принцип морали, и понятие человеческого достоинства. Сторонники такого прочтения утверждают, что понятия автономии и достоинства, а не универсализация максим должны теперь считаться центральным утверждением этики Канта. Из-за того что эти исследователи предъявляют высокие требования к универсализации максим как универсальному моральному принципу, об этике Канта говорят как о неприемлемой. Как следствие, они утверждают, что существует необходимость срочно спасать этику Канта от противоречий, связанных с максимами и универсализируемостью, и лучший способ это сделать — «оставить деонтологию позади». Это необходимо, поскольку категорический императив не нужен для спасения кантовской этики — деонтологию часто переоценивают. Следовательно, высший долг человека состоит в том, чтобы гарантировать, что его собратья беспрепятственно пользуются своей автономией и тем уважением, которого они заслуживают сообразно своему достоинству, а также заботиться об их благополучии и относиться к ним с уважением независимо от их склонностей. Чтобы дать оценку этой новой области кантоведения, в статье рассматривается новейшая исследовательская литература. Также исследуются работы Барбары Герман, Кристин Корсгаард, Аллена Вуда, Отфрида Хёффе и Томаса Хилла, посвященные кантовской концепции человеческого достоинства в связи с его пониманием как автономии, человечности и источника прав человека.
