The concept of regional innovation system builds upon prospective innovation and takes into account the subsystem generating the knowledge that regulates the context and enterprises in regional innovation activity. This article considers the importance of innovation-investment activity evaluation for the construction of regional innovation systems, technological development of the economy, more efficient knowledge distribution,
and the formation of competitive advantages.

This article examines the system of logistical support to Kaliningrad regional law enforcement agencies as an object of regional governance, points out the basic principles and functions of regional administration, and analyses the principle of selected jurisdiction based on every administration agent vested with strictly defined and legitimate functions, provided the corresponding resources and their sources are legislatively determined for each function.

This article considers the topicality of elaborating the theoretical and methodological framework of energy complex functioning and development management. The author stresses the importance of developing the methodological aspects of improving regional energy complex development management under the condition of exploiting local energy sources.

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the impact of a joint stock venture’s corporate actions on stock pricing. The authors offer the methods of analysing this impact.
