Journal is an international discussion platform designed to consolidate scientists from around the Baltic Sea in their study of the socio-economic and political situation and present different points of view on current processes in the Baltic Sea region. Particular attention is given to various aspects of international and cross-border cooperation, as well as the past, the current state and prospects of socio-economic and political development of the Baltic Sea region.

Slovo.ru: Baltic accent
The journal considers the problems of the Russian language in the context of literature, culture, and history. Special attention is paid to the cross-cultural dialogue between Russia and Europe and a search for potential points of growth for social sciences and the humanities within the new paradigms of Russian and international science.

IKBFU's Vestnik
The IKBFU's Vestnik tackles the topical issues of natural and technical sciences and humanities. The journal publishes results of basic and applied research of Russian and international scholars. Emphasis is made on articles dedicated to the problems of the Baltic region and the Kaliningrad region.
