The aim of the study is to facilitate informationally the social and preven­tive programs aimed at preserving and improving the health of the population. The study involved 563 respondents, residents of the Kaliningrad region; 22.2 % of them were men and 74.4 % were women. The age of respondents varies from 18 and older. This article examines the influence of environmental factors on the polyphenol accumulation of the red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) in the coastal and continental areas of the Kaliningrad region.
