Расовый вопрос в контексте активизации внутрипартийных групп давления в Великобритании 1950―1960 годов

Аннотация

В последнее десятилетие наблюдается эволюция расового вопроса, представляющего сложный и многофакторный комплекс проблем, получивших особое развитие после Второй мировой войны и не теряющих значимость до сих пор. В статье посредством рассмотрения эволюции отдельных групп давления и их роли в принятии политических решений в Великобритании представлено формирование первого расового законодательства 1965 г. Работа выстроена в функционалистской парадигме, позволяющей высветить основные взаимосвязи между правительственными структурами и различными внутрипартийными течениями. На основе анализа ранее не изученных материалов ― прокламаций лоббистских групп ― выдвинуто предположение о том, что структурное оформление групп давления и формирование внутренних комитетов являлось одним из факторов, позволивших лоббистам добиться поставленных целей. Обоснован вывод об использовании правыми силами «миграционной и расовой карты» как инструмента политической борьбы.
