Аннотация
В статье на основании сравнения семантических концепций Г. Фреге и Э. Гуссерля демонстрируются преимущества когнитивно обусловленной концепции Гуссерля в перспективе развития современных наук о сознании. Первый раздел работы служит введением в проблематику. Во втором непосредственно осуществляется сравнительный анализ семантических взглядов двух немецких мыслителей на смысл и значение. В последнем разделе подводятся итоги исследования и обозначаются перспективы феноменологического обоснования когнитивных наук.
