On the Western border of the Zedmar culture

Abstract

This article presents the Neolithic materials from the settlements on the northeastern coast of the Vistula Lagoon. The settlements were populated by tribes of the Primorskaya Corded Ware Culture. It does not exclude that their predecessors could have lived on the territory in the early and middle Neolithic. Although the antiquities described below are not numerous, they represent a rare case of a coastal zone populated by groups, which have been traditionally associated with the inland territories of the Baltic.
