Changes in the recreational and tourist load on the eco-system in the conditions of COVID-19
... completely replaced the external tourism. The main conclusion of the work is the unpreparedness of individual elements of the tourist infrastructure for a sharply increased flow of tourists. This, in turn, entails an increase in the anthropogenic load on natural ecosystems, which was shown by the example of the Curonian Spit National Park.

Orel forest parks as the basis of the ecological framework and their recreational assessmen
... 2016 and 2024. These studies analyzed vegetation and identified the floristic composition within these areas. Forest parks fulfill diverse ecological functions, including recreational purposes, which necessitated an assessment of their recreational load. The studied forest parks are in the second to third stages of recreational degradation, yet they possess high recreational potential. Scientifically informed urban planning that incorporates these suburban forests as cores of the city’s ecological ...

Fluctuating asymmetry of leaves of mountain ash (Sorbus aucuparia L.) as a bioindicator of aerotechnogenic pollution of the city of Orenburg
... environmental pollution in the city of Orenburg was conducted using the fluctuating asymmetry method. The common mountain ash was chosen as an environmental indicator. Leaf collection took place at seven points in the city with varying anthropogenic loads. The research aimed to determine the impact of aerotechnogenic pollution on the magnitude of the fluctuating asymmetry of the leaf blade of the populations of mountain ash within the city of Orenburg. The study revealed that the leaf blades of mountain ...
Young ‘s body mass index and its im¬pact on the frequency and variability of the heart rhythm at quiet and after phy¬sical load
A medical examination on a selected group of young people demonstrated a negative correlation between the body mass index and the heart rate at rest, which disappeared after some physical activity. Physical activity was observed to change the heart rate variability under the influence of the changes magnitude in the initial heart rate. No correlation between body mass index and heart rate variability was established.

... vegetation in Kaliningrad. The leaves of plants found in the urban environment show excessive background concentrations of iron, manganese, zinc, and strontium. The maximum content of pollutants in plants is registered in industrial areas with high traffic load. Species-specific features of metal accumulation are established. Plants with a high metal accumulation capacity can be used in the phytoremediation of polluted urban areas.
