The article presents the analysis of ash-content in different systematic groups of vegetation of the western and northern industrial zones of Gomel. The authors study spatial distribution of housing prices in different municipal districts. The results of the geospatial analysis performed by the authors is used for creating an interpolation surface, which describes the housing price distribution in the analyzed districts.
