О перспективах взаимодействия российской и литовской инновационных структур

Аннотация

С позиций становления современной системы внутригосударственных отноше­ний, способствующих развитию научно-производственного потенциала страны и ориентированных на создание условий для развития наукоемкой промышленности с вы­сокой прибавочной стоимостью, рас­смотрены научно-образовательные и инно­вационные сектора Республики Литва — ближайшего соседа РФ в Северо-Западном регионе. Анализ компетенций научно-обра­зовательного сектора Литвы позволил вы­делить области научно-технологического развития, перспективные с точки зрения сотрудничества Российской Федерации с Республикой Литва в инновационной сфере.
