Kant’s political arguments are analyzed and modeled using the method of cognitive approach. A formalized ontology of addressee’s representation and set of arguments is built. This allows to clear up a sphere of the main sources for the addressee’s representation, as well as general type of the ”model of the world” for Kant’s empirical and moral anthropology in their use in political issues.
