This article stresses the need to develop the creative competence in bache-lors of education and describes the stages of its development. The role of indi-vidual work of students (IWS) in the formation of creative competence and the requirements for its organization, contributing to the formation of creative competence are identified. The case of organizing individual work when studying the Basis of Mathematical Information Processing is examined.

This article presents the results of an experimental study in the development of inclusive preparedness of future university teachers. This process of preparedness development is based on a didactic model implemented using the pedagogical metasubject competence and context-based technology. The author gives an overview of this technology and the mechanisms of its imple-mentation. The efficiency of using this didactic model in developing the inclusive preparedness of future teachers is stressed.

The cases of two Kaliningrad universities are used in a forecast study of the interpersonal aspect of culture of students’ and teachers’ trust within higher professional education. The author gives a definition of the culture of trust between the agents of educational process and outlines the structure of this notion. The article presents the students’ and teachers’ forecasts of the culture of trust between the agents of educational process in future.
