Synthesis of lectins by micromycetes of the genus Alternaria
... Ascomycota, class Ascomycetes, subclass Dothideomycetidae, order Pleosporales, family Pleosporaceae, species Alternaria alternata. Comparison of the activity titers of exogenous and endogenous lectins demonstrated the predominance of intracellular lectin synthesis, making these forms the most promising for further research.
