The author analyses cooperation of slavists from the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University and University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. This cooperation began in 1980 when an agreement of cooperation between the two universities was signed. The paper focuses on the main areas of cooperation and assesses its results.
