Анализируется содержание понятий территориально-политической и региональной геополитической систем с точки зрения деятельностно-геопространственного подхода.
Региональная геополитическая система включает геополитические отношения как между государствами региона, так и с влиятельными внешними акторами. Сам геополитический регион может характеризоваться процессами интеграции, автономизации или устойчивым геополитическим конфликтом. Территориально-политическая система рассматривается в широком (все политические явления на территории) и узком (геополитические отношения в пределах территории) смыслах. В последнем случае она предстает под-системой региональной геополитической системы.
Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при изучении геополитических регионов и геополитических систем.


This article considers the notions of “territorial political system”, “regional geopolitical system” and correlation between them from the viewpoint of the activ-ity-geospatial approach.
A geopolitical region can be characterized by geopolitical integration, autonomi¬zation or permanent geopolitical conflict. A regional geopolitical system includes geo¬political relations both between states within the region and with influential external actors. A territorial political system is regarded in the broad (all political phenomena on a certain territory) and narrow (geopolitical relations on a certain territory) sense. The latter is considered as a subsystem of regional geopolitical system.
The research results can be applied in the study of geopolitical regions and geopolitical systems. The article develops a methodology for regional geopolitical and politico-geographical studies.

Обосновывается структура и территориальные границы Балтийского региона, выявлены системообразующие элементы и специфика функционирования транснациональной территориальной транспортной системы. Внесены уточнения в понятийный аппарат, используемый в географии транспорта. Осуществлена территориальная локализация системы, позволяющая в дальнейшем проводить широкий спектр исследований Балтийской трансграничной территориальной транспортной системы. Определены основные принципы формирования и функционирования международных территориальных транспортных систем, описанных на примере Балтийского региона. Результаты работы будут иметь большое практическое значение для исследователей в области географии транспорта, особенно в сфере международной организации перевозок.


The object of research carried out in the article is transnational territorial transport system identified within the limits of the Baltic Region. The objective of this work is to outline the structures and territorial borders, identify the system building elements and specific features of the functioning of this system. The work has con¬siderable theoretical significance, since it specifies the conceptual frame-work of ge¬ography of transport. The practical significance of this research consists in the con¬ducted territorial localisation of the system, which makes it possible to carry out a broad spectrum of studies into the Baltic transborder ter¬ritorial transport system. The major value of this work relates to the definition of the basic principles of for¬mation and functioning of international territorial transport sys-tems described with the help of a case study of the Baltic Region. This works is of great practical value for researchers in the field of geography of transport and especially those in the sphere of international organisation of transportation process.
