Установление сотрудничества между Европейским союзом и Россией по вопросу миграции: от «общих пространств» к фактической реализации

Аннотация
Взаимоотношения Европейского союза и России являются довольно проблемными во многих сферах, однако в отношении миграции стороны смогли договориться. Анализируя документы, начиная с Соглашения о партнерстве и сотрудничестве (1997 г.) и заканчивая Дорожными картами в следующих пространствах: свободы, безопасности и правосудия (2005 г.), автор проводит связь между действием этих документов и последующим подписанием соглашений о реадмиссии и об упрощении визового режима. Отдельно подчеркивается роль России как инициатора в решении миграционного вопроса, оказывающего влияние на взаимоотношения ЕС со странами Восточной Европы.
