Аннотация
Сотрудничество в сфере образования — одно из главных направлений деятельности региональных политических организаций в регионе Балтийского моря. Данная статья анализирует политическое влияние этих организаций, опираясь на мнение сотрудников университетов региона и представителей власти национального и регионального уровней. На основе успешного опыта работы ОЭСР в сфере образования и ее влияния на образовательную политику в статье рассматриваются различные стратегии, способные усилить влияние политических организаций региона на сотрудничество в сфере образования.
