Аннотация

География современных инновационных процессов все чаще охваты­вает не только мегаполисы и крупные промышленные города, но и сель­ские территории. Особую актуальность проблема инновационного раз­вития села приобрела в контексте сохранения человеческого капитала и предотвращения маргинализации сельских поселений, в том числе через формирование благоприятной среды для жизни и ведения предприни­мательской деятельности. На начальном этапе инноватизация сель­ской местности связана с диффузией и внедрением инноваций в эконо­мику и социальную сферы, а также расширением доступа населения к различным инновационным решениям и технологиям, способным повы­сить уровень благосостояние и качество среды проживания. Целью дан­ной работы являлась оценка существующих различий между сельским и городским населением в обеспеченности банковскими, государственны­ми и информационно-коммуникационными услугами как базисными для активизации инновационного процесса. Исследование выполнено на ма­териалах городских и сельских поселений муниципальных образований Ленинградской области. Отдельное внимание уделено изучению влияния фактора территориального расположения на концентрацию объектов оказания услуг. Выявлено, что существует значительный разрыв в ин­новационной восприимчивости как между городскими и сельскими посе­лениями, так и внутри сельских поселений в зависимости от их близо­сти к густонаселенной городской агломерации, значимым автомобиль­ным магистралям, крупным объектам промышленной и портовой ин­фраструктуры.
