Аннотация
Рассматриваются проблемы европейской идентичности в условиях современного кризиса в Европе. Отмечается, что Европейская идентичность конструировалась в течение длительного времени на моральных и политических основаниях. Делается вывод о необходимости пересмотра концепта европейской идентичности в условиях кризиса в ЕС и о том, что европейская идентичность не может развиваться в институциональном кризисе. Концепт европейской идентичности требует структурной реконструкции, новых оснований, поскольку прежние во многом являются завершением существовавших политических дискурсов. Прогнозируется, что смена дискурсов вокруг европейской идентичности приведет и к смене парадигмы восприятия этого феномена в политической теории.
This paper considers the problem of European identity in the conditions of the current European crisis. European identity developed over a long time on the moral and political grounds. The author arrives at a conclusion about the need to reconsider the concept of European identity in the EU crisis conditions. European identity cannot develop in an institutional crisis. The concept of European identity requires structural reconstruction, new foundations, since the old ones are, to a great degree, an extension of earlier political discourses. The author forecasts that the change in discourses around European identity will lead to a shift in the paradigm and the perception of this phenomenon in political theory.
