Открытый метод координации как новая форма управления: особенности, характеристики, перспективы применения

Представлена новая форма управления в ЕС — открытый метод координации, который рассматривается в сравнении с методом сообщества. Даются причины обращения к новым формам управления, их отличительные характеристики и перспективы развития.
