The problem of professional culture of a lawyer was analyzed within the three contexts: theoretical approaches to understanding the nature of professional culture; problem aspects from the perspective of practitioners of law enforcement authorities; the image of professional culture peculiar to law university teachers. The authors come to a conclusion that there is a need to increase the role of humanities in the training of legal specialists.
