Abstract (summary) A creation of decision support self-organising intellectual computer system based on the analysis of an interaction between participants on example of multi-agent system is considered. The universal structure of system implementing proposed method is presented. The results of testing different types of architectures for probability of arising of the synergetic effect and estimation of its impact on the quality of solutions to complex problems are given.
