Abstract
An important feature of innovation activity of a professional social worker is that it is based on the personal approach and is aimed at creating social technologies developing the personality of client. This article offers the results of theoretical analysis of a profession social worker's innovation activity and describes the features, the content, and stages of innovation activity of a social worker.
