Automated production line software

Abstract

The modernization of the metal tile production line is described. It was required to transfer the line to domestic components and introduce devices for fine lubrication of metal tiles to improve the quality of products and reduce the number of rejects. A parametric model of the hydroelectric station was built, a mathematical model of the temperature change inside the hydroelectric station was developed, the type of transfer function was determined, a block diagram of the control algorithm for a metal tile production line was developed, software was developed for the equipment of the "Овен" brand of an automated line: a logical controller PLC160 and an operator panel SP310-R.

Mathematical modeling of the process of attracting customers for paid SAAS solutions

Abstract

The paper considers various aspects of attracting customers to use SaaS solutions from company X. As a test solution, an advertising company aimed at the Latin American region was considered. Based on the obtained data, a mathematical model was built that showed the most "weak" points in the advertising company and allowed us to evaluate its effectiveness. As a result, the process of attracting customers was adjusted, and its effectiveness was increased.

Mathematical support for constructing optimal routes on a map with obstacles

Abstract

The tendency to automate all processes, in particular internal logistics, is now evident in all branches of production. The optimal use of automated or automated vehicles requires solving the problem of finding optimal routes on a map with obstacles. The article deals with writing a program for finding such routes in the Microsoft Visual Studio programming environment using the C# language.

Methodology for processing the results of expert assessment of information security threats

Abstract

The paper analyzes the possibilities of assessing information security threats based on the methodology of the FSTEC of Russia in terms of processing the results of the work of the expert group. A method for translating linguistic variables into numerical values based on the Harrington desirability function is proposed. The use of the mathematical basis makes it possible to optimize the process of processing the results of the expert group, to increase the accuracy and effectiveness of making final conclusions.
