Trade in the Kaliningrad region: methods of evaluation

Abstract

The article suggests a new methodological approach to assessing business activity in retail trade in the Kaliningrad region. The authors present a methodology for calculating the regional index of business activity in retail trade, taking into account the specificity of the Kaliningrad region. Indicators of retail business activity in the region in 2016 are analyzed.

The consumer sentiment: regional aspect

Abstract

The article in the scientific problems of the development of the regional competitive environment is devoted to methodological issues for evaluating the state of consumer confidence at the regional level. The results of the analysis of domestic and foreign experience evaluation indicators characterizing consumer sentiment. The technique for estimating the consumer sentiment index is described. The article presents the first results of monitoring consumer sentiment in the clothing and footwear markets, as well as food products in the Kaliningrad region.
