Abstract

The article analyses legal arguments for admissibility/inadmissibility of GMOs in agriculture. The authors show that there is still no unanimous opinion of the effects produced by GMOs. The authors suggest legal solutions to this problem striking a reasonable balance between the interests of business, society and state.
