Abstract
The problem of education quality is of particular importance in modern conditions; it must be assessed based not only on the mastery of educational programs, but also on the successful implementation of and demand for the professional knowledge obtained. The region’s geopolitical position makes it necessary to provide university graduates with competitive competences. Therefore, active cooperation between a university and employers makes it possible to modernise the process of training specialists in physical education and sports
