Modernisation of educational programmes: From a professional standard to education results

Abstract

This article provides an analytical evaluation of approaches formulating education results in developing new modules of the Special Education bache-lor degree programme. The author analyses the application of the programme’s modules using innovative forms of training organisation — interactive lec-tures, modelling methods, case studies, educational games (role-playing, simulations, business games), etc.

Efficiency of a pedagogical model for preventing unemployment among Russian students: Analysis and data interpretation

Abstract

This paper sets out to examine empirical implications of the multifunc-tional system applicability of unemployment preventionism among young people at colleges and universities in Russia. A statistical analysis of the data obtained proved the efficiency of experimental training contributing to the de-velopment of key professional activities in students based on the proposed model of a pedagogical system for preventing unemployment among Russian students. An interval scale for assessing the development of major profes-sional activities, which was obtained using the WINSTEPS 3.90.0 software, proved to be independent and applicable to performing assessment in similar studies.

Advanced training of teachers during the transition to universal secondary education (the 1960—70s)

Abstract

This article addresses the issues of increasing teachers’ professional per-formance during reforms in school education. The author examines the func-tioning of teacher’s advanced training institutions. The article analyses the problem of content differentiation and development of advanced training courses for teachers in view of their education level, experience, interests, and needs.
