Investigated by atomic force microscopy and Auger electron spectrometry the surface of films CdS, formed by hydrochemical deposition on textured silicon substrate. It is shown that the film CdS thus manufactured characterized inhomogeneous distribution of size structural elements and chemical composition over the surface. These films are appropriate for use in photovoltaic solar power converters on based heterostructures CdS/Si(p).

This paper presents the description of a stationary plasma thruster with permanent magnets. The magnetic field generated by constant magnets is estimated, and configuration of the thruster magnetic system is defined herein.

The article discusses an algorithm to reduce power consumption of objects of a regional electrical complex on the basis of the control action. A key feature of the howling of the algorithm is possible to reduce the consumption of electroporation individually to each object, given its individual and systemic properties.

Model evaluation of the directed properties of rectangular loops with different form coefficient is carried out on the basis of theoretical approach, developed by authors. Comparison of the received results with known experimental values of the studied parameters for Pistolkors’s loopback vibrator is carried out. Comparison showed that theoretical approach in the basis of model researches is adequate and can be used for any wire antenna system of self-contained type.
