Optimization of the thin film Heusler alloys formation technique by the method of Pulsed laser deposition

Two methods of formating Heusler alloy Ni-Mn-In thin filmsby pulsed laser deposition were developed — two-lasers co-deposition and deposition in low argon pressure. Structural and magnetic properties of grown samples were investigated.
