Abstract (summary) For the first time in the fields of the Caspian region was used the CSP technology, which makes it possible to extract the scattered waves from the full wave field. One the basis of scattered waves sections and map analysis had made the forecast of fracture cavernous reservoirs in carbonate Triassic sediments of the North Akkar oilfield. Confirmation of the executed forecast allows to recommend this technology for mapping non conventional fracture-cavernous reservoirs on other fields of the Caspian region.
