Abstract
It is shown that unsteadiness parameters of components of the ionospheric signal leads to multiplicative noise. It largely affects the reliable data when receiving ionospheric signals. The estimation of the variance of the amplitudes for the reception of ionospheric signals with multiplicative noise. The results of studying the effectiveness of the methods of Doppler filtering when receiving ionospheric signals.
