Аннотация

Анализируются отрицательные внешние эффекты и возможности устойчивого развития в сфере энергетики. Концепция отрицательных внешних эффектов, их оценка и интернализация рассматриваются с точки зрения принципов устойчивого развития и экономики окружающей среды.
