Non-formal educational practices in the domestic history of adult education

Abstract

The article focuses on the place and the role of non-formal educational practices in the development of adult education in Russia. Non-formal educa-tional practices are considered as a way of educational interaction, which has preserved the basic parameters of humanity. They are updated in periods of significant historical changes, as resource support for social reconstruction. Today, the practice of non-formal adult education is in demand primarily as a resource for development of human potential and it has a direct impact on the socio-economic development of the country.

Personalized learning in the information society

Abstract

The paper presents a new approach, which improves the quality of train-ing of specialists in information technologies by considering the dominant special abilities to different lines of activity. It includes the scheme of the edu-cational process in high school. Authors focus on student's inherent special abilities as the dominant ones for the educational process. The paper describes in detail the issues of formation of learning motivation based on the personal characteristics of the individual learners.

Competence in social assistance: analysis of the expectations of young people

Abstract

The article describes the results of empirical research of the system of ex-pectations that are associated with a person having a high level of competence in the prosocial cooperation. The method of structured interview followed by a content analysis of the 5 categories revealed the expectations of young people which are part of the preparedness for prosocial activity. The study presents the elements of technology aimed at expectations formation by enhancing global social identity, the prediction of personal and social development.
