Migration in the Kaliningrad region reflected in the 1989—2015 censuses and microcensuses
... differs markedly from traditional migration studies in Russia, which rely on migration flow data, in both data sources and migration criteria employed. Our study uses the place of birth data from the 1989, 2002, and 2010 censuses and the 1994 and 2015 microcensuses.
