Generation of exact solutions of Fridman equations leading to Cardy–Verlinde formula by Darboux transformation
It is considered a possibility of generation of exact solutions for Friedman equations by Darboux transformation, for which Cardy — Verlinde formula is valid. Two modifications of Darboux transformation are offered, which let generate such solutions. Exact solutions are obtained, for which Cardy — Verlinde formula is valid at least near some singularities.

Expansionism in Poland’s strategic culture: historical retrospective and variations
This article deals with the problem of assessing and interpreting expansionist elements in Poland’s international political behaviour. The problem is approached using the concept of the strategic culture of states, which covers beliefs, perceptions, and the language states use to describe their own and other countries’ actions. The study examines what expansionist types of strategic culture have developed in Poland, how relevant they are in the current political landscape, and describes their...
Naturalising Kant
The third formulation of the Categorical Imperative rarely receives the attention devoted to its predecessors. This paper aims to develop a naturalistic approach to morality inspired by Kant’s conception of moral agents as legislating in a Kingdom of Ends. Positions derived from the third formulation, John Rawls’s Kantian Constructivism and T. M. Scanlon’s Contractualism, cleave closely to Kant in idealising the process of legislation. For Rawls, the citizens of the Kantian Reich can be reduced...
Opposition of modalities in petition formulas as a reflection of the business correspondence culture in the Russian languagee of late XVII — early XVIII cc.
Using the texts of petitions as a genre of business correspondence in the initial period of the formation of the Russian language, the authors explore the specifics of the formulas that make up phraseological units. Employing a functional-semantic analysis of the modalities of possibility/impossibility in the texts of petitions, the authors identify the role of these modalities in the structure of business documents reflecting ...

The Relationship Between the Individual and the Collective in the Social Philosophy of Georges Gurvitch
The relationship between the individual and society is the leitmotif of Georges Gurvitch’s work. Beginning from the early Russian-language books on the philosophy of law and ending with the works on sociology published in France and the USA at the final stage of his career, Gurvitch studied the individual person and collective units as interacting sides of the collective social subject. He sought to overcome the struggle between individualism and collectivism which found its ideological expression...

Are there Everett worlds?
It is shown that the Everett worlds act on each other with a force that, in principle, can be measured «with a dynamometer». Hence the conclusion that these worlds really exist. It is shown that, contrary to popular belief, the many-world (Everett) and «casual» (de Broglie — Bohm) interpretations coincide. A limited path integral was used to describe coordinate measurement in terms of multiworld interpretation.

Kant's philosophical ideas in Rober Nozik's political theory
Robert Nozik's political theory contains an attempt to utilize Kant's notion of individual freedom and the second formula of his categorical imperative (“the principle of humanity as an end in itself”) for the justification of his libertarian “minimal state”. This article analyses and criticizes this attempt on the following grounds: a) the anthropological ...
Maimon’s critique of I. Kant’s theory of analytic judge-ments
The article deals with Maimon’s critical reinterpretation of Kant’s theory of analytic judgments. Maimon contributed to the history of the German Idealism primarily through his criticism of Kant’s theoretical philosophy, which largely predetermined some ideas of Fichte and later exerted a certain influence on the thinkers of some very different schools (from Marburg Neo-Kantianism to Deleuze). Maimon’s attitude toward Kant’s views on the nature of analytic judgments underwent an essential...

Problems of using the results of an operational experiment and test purchase in proving a criminal case
The study presents the concept of the special evidentiary value of the results of operational experiments and test purchases. This is due to the fact that these actions reflect a criminal event carried out under the control of law enforcement authorities. To dispel doubts about the admissibility of documented results of such operational measures, a legal standard for their conduct is developed. Unlike sectoral developments regarding such a legal standard, an interdisciplinary legal standard is proposed...
