Investigation of dependence of temperature coefficient of linear expansion on integrated intensity of the main peak of pyroceramics substrate
This paper presents the results of studies of the parameters of optical components of a glassceramic material CO-115 by X-ray diffractometry. The possibility of technological precision quality control glassceramic parts using X-ray diffraction methods. The direct dependence of the temperature coefficient of linear expansion of the integrated intensity of the X-ray diffraction peak at the glassceramic.

Resolution of optical instruments
Results of processing of diffraction images of dot sources are presented by a method of the maximum credibility. It is shown that the permission of two dot sources can be better, than the Releevsky permission. Results of modeling calculations are presented.

Temperature evolution of crystal structure of multiferroic Tb0.95Bi0.05MnO3
The temperature evolution of crystal structure of multiferroic Tb0.95Bi0.05MnO3 has been studied by powder neutron diffraction in the temperature range 100—450 K. It is shown that the lattice parameters and volume expansion coefficient demonstrate anomalies in the interval 150—250 K. These anomalies could be attributed with a phase separation observed earlier ...
Identifying diffractors in complex acoustical media by the CSP-RTD method
The CSP (Sommon Scattering Point) method is used to identify diffrac-tors associated with cavernous fractured reservoirs of hydrocarbons. This method shows the highest efficiency in weakly inhomogeneous media. As to strongly inhomogeneous media, this method can be supplemented by the pre-liminary extension of wave field to a certain depth. To this end, the Reverse Time Datuming (RTD) procedure is used. The results of a numerical study of the joint application of RTD and CSP techniques (CSP-RTD method)...
Investigation of changes in the paramets of thin films structures during ion implantation
... of structures of thin film during ion implantation. Thickness of thin films before and after ion implantation were investigated by X-ray reflectivity. Also, crystal structure, average crystallite size and lattice constant were investigated by X-ray diffraction. The possibility of using ion implantation technique as method of changing grains size in structures was demonstrated.

Numerical solving the problem of detecting of ultraweak diffractors in a complex acoustical medium
Some results of numerical simulating of the problem of detecting of ultraweak diffractors in a complex acoustical medium are represented. The term “ultraweak” here means that the diffractors are not determined by standard depth migration. To solve the problem of detecting we use two procedures: Reverse Time Datuming (RTD) and Common Scattering Point (CSP). The first procedure (RTD) extends (synthetic) wave field from the day surface down to some level that is sufficiently close to diffractors...
Quantative characteristics of the CSP method
The quantitative characteristics of the CSP method, which poses to estimate its effectiveness for fracture hydrocarbon reservoirs imaging using scattered seismic waves, are defined and investigated. The most important is the sensitivity coefficient, which shows how small diffractors, compared with the shadowed reflectors, may be to be detecting by the CSP method. These dependencies from acquisition geometry and other parameters are numerically studied.
